Before Contacting Support
- If you just registered, your account requires manual administrator approval. This is
not automatic — please allow time for review.
- For 2FA issues, check your spam/junk folder for the verification email.
- For exchange API issues, verify your API key permissions and IP whitelist settings on your exchange.
Important Notes
- Zeus Terminal is in private beta. Features and availability may change without notice.
- Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. There are no guaranteed response times or SLAs during
the beta period.
- We will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, or exchange API secrets via email.
