By accessing or using Zeus Terminal (zeus-terminal.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Zeus Terminal is a private, invite-only software platform currently in a limited, unfinished beta phase. It is developed and operated as a personal, non-commercial project by an individual (natural person), not by a registered company or any regulated entity. There is no corporate structure, employees, or commercial offering behind the platform during the beta.
The platform provides user-configurable analytics, market monitoring, signal evaluation, and automation-assistance tools for cryptocurrency markets, intended primarily for the operator's personal use and a small set of invited testers.
Zeus Terminal is not a broker, exchange, custodian, regulated financial institution, investment advisory service, public trading venue, e-money institution, or payment service provider. It does not hold, transmit, or manage user funds.
MiCA (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114): Zeus Terminal is software. It is not a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) within the meaning of MiCA. It does not provide custody, administration, exchange, transfer, placement, reception, transmission, execution of orders, advice, portfolio management, or any other regulated crypto-asset service on behalf of clients. All exchange interactions occur directly between the user's own exchange account and the user's own configured API keys.
During the entire private beta phase, Zeus Terminal operates exclusively in DEMO mode for all users. This means:
If, at a future date, live execution is enabled for a user, that activation will be a separate, explicit, opt-in step requiring an updated agreement and the user remains the sole operator of any real-money decision.

All features are provided on an experimental, as-is, as-available basis. The platform is in active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss, including complete loss of capital. Markets are volatile, unpredictable, and operate continuously. Leveraged positions carry amplified risk.
Zeus Terminal is a software tool. It does not make trading decisions for you. All trading decisions remain solely your responsibility. Past performance of any signal, model, or strategy does not indicate or guarantee future results.
Nothing in Zeus Terminal — including signals, analytics, scores, alerts, automation behavior, documentation, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
Zeus Terminal depends on third-party infrastructure, exchanges, APIs, and data providers. The operator has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of any third-party service. Disruptions, changes, or failures in third-party services may affect the platform without notice.
Zeus Terminal is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Zeus Terminal is provided free of charge during the private beta and is operated by an individual on a non-commercial, best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law and applicable EU law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, profit loss, regulatory consequences arising from your trading activity, or system downtime, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Zeus Terminal.
Because no consideration is paid by the user, the operator's aggregate monetary liability, if any, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the operator's liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Romanian Civil Code (in particular Art. 1355 of the Romanian Civil Code) or other mandatory law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Zeus Terminal at any time without notice. The platform is under active development and features may change, be added, or be removed.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Zeus Terminal shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
